Wasaga Beach
Wasaga Beach is the premier tourist destination in Ontario. Boasting the world's longest freshwater beach at 14 kilometers long, it is located on Nottawasaga Bay at the Southeast end of Georgian Bay. It is the 11th fastest growing community in Canada (1996) and its white sand beach and golden sunsets are home to over 18,000 full-time residents. Another 16,000 seasonal residents and over two million visitors grace its shores each and every year. This is also OUR home (The Wasaga Beach Corvette Club) and it is also home to the largest Corvette weekend in Canada every August.
