Creemore Springs Brewery - 2015
This cruise started in Wasaga Beach, then west through the Blue Mountains and south on the twists and turns of the Pretty River valley road to arrive in Creemore. Creemore Springs is a local brewery  which first opened in 1987. They offer a great free guided tour of the brewery.

The brewery is known for not using preservatives during the brew process. The brewery uses water exclusively from an artesian well. The water comes from the Creemore Spring located on one of the founder's property. It is trucked from the source to the brewery daily in 10,000 L truckloads; each truckload contains enough water to brew one batch.
After the tour we hopped across the road and enjoyed a wonderful lunch at the Creemore Kitchen.
